🔄 Chenemi Returns & Refunds Policy

Effective Date: 19 June 2025

At Chenemi, we take pride in curating beautiful, high-quality fashion pieces from African brands. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


📦 Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within  3 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

  • Items must be returned at the customer's expense unless the item was faulty or incorrect.


Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Preorder items

  • Sale items / discounted items

  • Accessories (earrings, headwear, etc.) for hygiene reasons

  • Gift cards

Please check item descriptions carefully before purchasing.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


🔄 Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, colour, or item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.


⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Please email us at hello.chenemi@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.

  • We will organise a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
